Not too excited right now

I have created several accounts at various blogging sites and have become frustrated with the results. This is all for a class I signed up for and I've decided that blogging is for lonely people who either need to talk to themselves or think the rest of the world's interested in what they have to say. I can appreciate some of the sites like myspace and facebook because it's a way family and friends can stay connected. And I see some value in blogs that have to do with specific topics like fishing, politics, etc. But to simply blog on an electronic page only seems to serve one purpose: paper and lead conservation. Of course, I'm a bit flippant here; really I'm just rambling about my frustrations over the past few hours while my wife and children build upon their relationship in the other room. Ah, it's only laughter and the enjoyment of ice cream. This is funner.
